Estate Administration and Probate

Probate is the process of administering a person's estate through the Court system. When you meet with one of the attorneys they will analyze your loved one's estate and determine whether probate is necessary. If probate is necessary, we will work with you to ensure that you are kept abreast of all facets of the probate process. Tillson Law P.C. will prepare all of the necessary pleadings and paperwork to file with the Court, while assisting you as the personal representative in managing the estate assets.

Tillson Law P.C. also assists in the administration of trusts. If your loved one had a trust prepared in order to manage his or her assets, you may need assistance with administering that trust upon his or her passing.
